What changed: more reps in more communities
We've nearly doubled the number of Authorized Mighty Reps working across the US and Canada. Each rep does the same job they always did: drive out to their communities, meet with local businesses, and walk them through registering for an Amazon Business account. Roughly twice the reps, roughly twice the sign-ups.
Why we still do this in person
Setting up an Amazon Business account isn't hard. Most business owners could do it themselves in half an hour. Many just don't know Amazon offers an account specifically for businesses, what benefits come with it, or how to set it up to get the most value from those benefits.
Someone visiting in-person changes that. You get the account set up correctly, with your questions answered as they come up, and a better understanding of the features available to you. That could include business pricing, tax exemption on qualifying orders, and the option to pay by invoice.
What you can expect from an Authorized Mighty Rep
Our team has grown, but what you can expect from an Authorized Mighty Rep hasn't changed:
- Your rep tells you they work for Mighty, not for Amazon
- You can call us at 833-858-7450 at any time to confirm you're working with an Authorized Mighty Rep
- You type your own login, on Amazon's own website. Your password stays private.
- Your rep will walk you through the Amazon Business options available to you and answer questions along the way.
